As the word says for itself, Topline Double is was created for running two different campaigns of the same advertiser on the same visual. Topline double is a full-width banner at the top of the websites which is includes two different links for both products. This format is displayed on main and inner pages of websites and doesn’t change its position while scrolling. It has close button on it, which you can use in case of necessity.
