Strategic planning

Strategic planning is a process of an organizational management that is used for setting priorities, focusing resources and moving towards commonly set goals. Our agency works together with the Client and, after setting upright targeting, budget and period splits, after establishing common goals and actions for achieving them, starts the AD campaign. There are a variety of perspectives, models and approaches used in strategic planning. The way that a strategic plan is developed depends on the nature of the organization’s leadership, culture and complexity.  There are different methodologies for making the strategic plans. Sometimes the same method doesn’t work for another brand or product even from the same category. Thus, our agency works and establishes completely new and unique method for the particular brand or product promotion. Taking into account all the factors that makes the brand unique, or that makes it to differ from others somehow, we manage to create distinctive strategic plan and move forward according to the plan.

Some strategic plans are made up to six months, many of them to a year and more. Surely the longer period is, more obvious is the result of the campaign. The developed strategic plan is completely changeable and flexible, depending on the goals or marketing situation that may be changed. In case of long lasting cooperation the result may be seen sooner than expected. Therefore, we surely need to change the plan and set other priorities, so the same process launches again.
